Nurturing Self Compassion Day retreat has been created to bring you together to drop deeper into your inner wisdom, to rest and be nourished, and to become aware of what matters to you.

During the day, we will be doing practices to help build inner resources such as meditation, connection, and deep rest.

The location in Mylestom is beside the beautiful river. The day will include a nutritious lunch and practices that nourish your body, mind, and spirit.

Meet Your Teachers

Karen Plumbe

I have been working in the area of mental health, health
promotion, and health education for many years. I love bringing people together to learn and
grow. Last year I completed a Graduate Diploma in Psychology with a view to creating and
delivering more mental health education programs to support others who are struggling. I
attended my first Mindful Self Compassion course about 5 years ago and was instantly taken with
what I thought was a really different approach to how I had been relating to myself. I have since
attended many and thrilled to be now teaching this course to others.
